This Years Crazy Christmas Clothing Item – Blogmas Day 7

Christmas Jumper Love

I am a self confessed Christmas jumper lover. I’m not kidding when I say that I have 9 different jumpers. I was going to do a post about all my different ones, but they’ve been collected over the years, so some aren’t available anymore.

I like to buy a new one each year, but as you can see, my collection is quite extensive now. Jumpers aren’t the easiest things to store either, especially big bulky Christmas ones. So, when I was in Primark, in the mens section, this shirt instantly caught my eye.

It’s equally garish and festive. It’s a complete embarrassing Dad shirt, or I can see a gang of lads out at Christmas in this top. But, guess what fellas, I’ll be joining you this year in this Christmas cracker of a shirt.

My Alternative Top This Year

If you’re ever looking for a fun top to wear, then a good tip is to check the mens section of Primark. They do great movie themed jumpers, music t’shirts, and at Christmas time a massive variety of jumpers and shirts.

Christmas Outfit. Christmas Shirt. Lifestyle Blogger.I have styled my shirt with this black jumpsuit. It’s such a great jumpsuit to have. I picked it up from Newlook in the sale earlier this year. It’s been a great alternative to wearing jeans all the time. Which I am a sucker for.

The shirt is obviously a mans fit, so isn’t the best fit for me. But for £7, and it’s Reindeer print, I’m about to let that slide. I grabbed an extra small, and I’m usually an 8. Just to give you a size guide.

Other Ways To Style

Now, I know this isn’t a major fashion piece, and some people will seriously look at this and think, “what the hell”. But, if you love it, like I do, then here are a few other ways I would style this shirt.

1 – With Jeans. High waisted ones, and tuck in the shirt.

2 – With a high waisted skirt. Paired with tights, and cute flats.

3 – Another combo I’m going to try is with skinny jeans, a plain black roll neck jumper, with the shirt over the top, left open. I’d maybe put a belt around my waist, to cinch it all in.

All I have to do now is think of the right time and place to show this baby off. I’m thinking it’s too crazy for work, however, it’ll be great for our office Christmas lunch. I might even give it an outing on Boxing Day, at our family party. In fact, it would be pretty perfect for that.

I’d love to know if you have any crazy Christmas clothing items, and where you think I should wear this to? Out of my styling suggestions, which one should I try next?

I hope you’ve liked this post, and I really hope that you’re enjoying my Blogmas. Thanks so much for reading, always.

Love, Jessi

xoxo

I love this idea. I often buy oversize mens t-shirts to layer up in but this is so cute. Looks lovely layered too and not too masculine!

I will definitely be taking a nosy for this in primary. I have often bought men’s xs Tshirt to wear as a comfy tea and they are great for the price

Yes, Mens Primark section is the best. I love that the t’shirts and jumpers are more cosy.
