Trying Out Tropic Skincare

Tropic Skincare is a brand that has been on my radar for a while now.

I had wanted to try it out for ages, and then my Sister In Law became a Tropic Ambassador. She is doing amazingly at this, and not only tells us how good the products are but how good a company it is to work for.

Tropic Skincare Products.

Tropic is founded and owned by Susie Ma. The business was founded in 2011 with the financial backing of Alan Sugar. They met whilst Susie competed on the Apprentice and came 3rd.

Since 2011, Tropic has become one of the leading retailers in Natural Cosmetics. They sell skincare, hair care, body products, mens skincare and now make up.

The ethics of the company of wellness, clean beauty, and cruelty free cosmetics comes from Susie’s upbringing in Australia. Her grandmother was medicinal chemist and taught her the importance of the body and skin needing natural remedies. Susie harnesses this ideology in all of her research and products.

It’s not often you can find a brand to truly trust to be kind to skin and the environment, and still get amazing results. Tropic have well and truly nailed it.

My Tropic Trial

Over the last 3 weeks I have been using nothing but Tropic Skincare products for my morning and evening routine. My Sister In Law kindly gifted me a range of products.

I have been trying out the Smoothing Cleanser, Vitamin Toner Mist, and the Skin Feast Moisturiser as my cleansing routine.

When ordering the Smoothing Cleanser it comes with a bamboo face cloth also. This combination together is great. I haven’t been one for using a cloth to remove my make up but I’ll not be without one now.

This cleanser is one of the best I’ve tried. You can use it all over your face, including your eyes. The thing I like most is that you can open your eyes without any stinging happening even whilst you have the product on.

The bamboo cloth, made from natural fibres, is great for removing any remaining make up and product residue.

Once I’ve had a final swipe over my face with some micellar water, I spritz with the Pore Refining Face Mist. I am obsessed with this product. It’s certainly not all in my head when I think my skin looks instantly better after using it.

I use the face mist under and over make up. It’s revitalising, hydrating, and brightens your complexion.

Serums, Moisturisers, and Masks

Without fail, for morning and night, I made sure I was strict with this cleansing and toning routine.

I added Tropic serums, moisturisers and masks to my routine now and then also.

The Skin Feast moisturiser is a must have. It’s perfect for dull, ageing, dry and sensitive skin. It has over 20 flower extracts in it and is wonderful for hydrating and brightening.

You all know I am a serum lover. You’re probably sick of me mentioning them. But hey, not one fits all so I need to write about the best ones out there.

The tropic serums are great. They hold so many natural qualities, they’re fast absorbing, and hold calming ingredients. The Super Greens oil and Fruit Peel Resurfacing Oil are my favourites. The Fruit Peel serum works best over night, you’ll wake up with a more even and brighter complexion.

If you have seen my IGTV video on my Tropic Skincare Evening Routine then you’ll see I like to incorporate a mask now and then.

The Brightening Tightening mask is great. I love using this. My skin feels instantly uplifted after it, it gives it a new lease of life. The Deep Hydration mask is a brilliant one to use once or twice a week. It’s a gel based mask that cools, nourishes & is anti-inflammatory all in one.

Beyond Skincare

If you have a browse of the Tropic website & my Sister in Law’s shopable facebook group page, you’ll see the vast collection of products. Tropic goes way beyond it’s original skincare items.

Tropic Skincare Products

All the prices of the items are obtainable and affordable. They’re mid range, and the price certainly reflects the quality of the product. You can shop bundle packages, travel size packages and gifts. Not only do these make great presents but also great ways to try a number of new things at once.

I can’t wait to try out the brand new make up launches. I’ve got my eye on the Beauty Booster Foundation, bronzer, and the light diffusing concealer.

I can only imagine how amazing your skin would look after a month or so after incorporating Tropic in to your skincare and make up routine daily.

I would love to know if you have tried this brand before, and what you think? If you have any further questions about Tropic, as always get in touch.

Happy browsing,

Jessi xoxo
