Owen Drew Luxury Soap

Owen Drew, the local (and hopefully one day global) superstars of luxury candles are branching out in to Bath and Body products.

In the last few months Owen Drew have released their 1st luxury perfume, and bars of soap based on their most popular scented candles.

You may have thought soap bars a thing of the past, well not for me. I still use my trusty Dove bars. But Owen Drew’s bars are sparking a new era.

Think luxury, lathering, moisturising and room scenting all in one.

Creating the Soap Bars

Like the candles, the new soaps are formulated, sourced, created, and packaged by hand in Owen Drew’s Wirral based store. This attention to care and detail is clear to see in the standard of their products.

All the ingredients in the soaps are vegan friendly and have not been tested on animals. Each ingredient chosen has been included so that it offers everything you want from a bath product, but gives you more.

Fill Your Bathroom with Luxury

The soaps come in 3 different scents, White Orchid, Calm and Nuptialem. They retail at £12 each, or 3 for £30.

I was drawn to the White Orchid scent, it’s so uplifting. Choosing the scent you love really matters, as these are designed to be left out in the bathroom in order to fill the room with their scent.

Owen Drew have added a higher percentage in fragrance than usual to their soaps (yes, it’s still kind to your skin) in order for you to be able to enjoy them in and out of the bath.

Each soap is made from 100% natural Shea Butter so they really moisturise the skin. After use you’ll notice your skin feeling so soft and beautifully fragranced.

They also include Vitamins E, D and pro-vitamin A to nourish and protect the skin. Adding to the naturally sourced ingredients are the Oats, which provide a gentle exfoliation and remove dead skin cells.

Pamper Yourself, or Treat Someone

I think that these soaps make the perfect gift for someone. You can even get a luxury hand towel, that is monogrammed with the creators initials, OD, to accompany them.

I have a super cute trinket tray that I never really used, now it’s in the bathroom with this soap on. I don’t need to light a candle in there anymore (as I love every room to smell amazing), I can just leave out the soap.

What the future holds is really exciting for Owen Drew. After the launch of their perfume, and soap, I can see the perfect opening for more bath and body products.
