Welcome to Inglewood Manor
Anyone else just want this as their living room?
Inglewood Manor is a stunning Edwardian Country House that sits just outside of the Wirral, in Cheshire. It is a hotel, wedding venue, conference venue, and dining destination. Inglewood offers something for every occasion.
I was lucky enough to spend an evening hhere, and see all it had to offer.
Afternoon Tea
You’ll know by now that I am a huge lover of Afternoon Tea. It has featured a lot on my blog from different venues. This particular afternoon tea at the manor house was special, as it was the first Christmas themed one I have ever attended.
Our delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones were served in the private dining area. For us, and for this time of year, the room is decorated with candelabras & a stunning Christmas tree. The tea, coffee & prosecco flowed, which was perfect for this cosy evening.
I shared on my social media that I had been for the afternoon tea, and a friend of mine replied straight away with a lovely story. Just before her, and a friend of hers got married in the same year, they went with their Mums for a special afternoon tea here.
Inglewood Manor is a place for making lovely occasions even more special.
For more dining information, you can see what they have to offer from their website.
The Bedrooms
Inglewood Manor has 29 bedrooms. All of them are decorated differently, and have an en suite. Each room is filled with character, and no details have been spared. The rooms are pure luxury, they even have Molten Brown smellies in the bathroom.
The Bridal Suite, which can still be booked out by any guest (when available) is very impressive. It is the first four poster bed I have seen before. The room gives off a very regal vibe when you are in there, and you have bags of space. Perfect for twirling in your dress when getting ready.
Another bedroom we got to sneak a peek in to was my favourite. This room shows how uniquely different the decorating styles are from one room to the next. From the moment I entered this room I felt like a princess. Not only did I snap this picture of the bed for my blog, but also to save to my memory. This is certainly future furnishing ideas right here.
The opposite side to the bed is a large window that looks out over the grounds of the manor. What a beautiful scene to wake up to.
Inglewood offer something for every traveller from a single room, to doubles, twin rooms & suites. Prices for your stay can be found via their booking page.
Home away from Home
No matter what time of year you visit here, but especially at Christmas time, it will feel like a cosy home. You can sit in the reception area alongside a real fire, reading a book or enjoying a drink on the couches.
Even picturesque in the dark! Wait till you see it during the day!
You can take a stroll around the gardens. Or use it as your base for seeing more of the Wirral, Cheshire and Liverpool. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is only 20 minutes away, and Chester City Centre is only a 25 minute journey away.
For something a little different that your usual hotels, and to add something special to your break away, then Inglewood Manor is definitely the place for you to look at. Follow them on their Facebook page to keep up to date with all their latest offers and events.
This will certainly be a venue I’ll be back to, and will hopefully stay over in one day.
What do you think of it?
